Going to change control arms

Hello guys...iam going to change my Renault5 front upper and lower control arms...including the ball joints and the bushings...i have been told that it's worn and it's necessary to change it..also iam going to get my car lifted a little bit..because now the the tyres are chocking with the fenders everytime i try to trun left or right to the maximum...and it's also very hard to make alingment to the tyres because the car is very low...any suggestions? anybody had this experince before?

Magedam veut changer les bras avant et les rotules (usé) ainsi que réhausser la voiture car les pneus touche les ailes quand tourne a fond. Donc il voudrait des conseils/suggestions.
